WYSIWYG?

What you see it not always what you get.  Specially at the beginning, when you are young, pure and naive.

This painting entitles P&L reminds me of Peace & Love.

I was inspired by an gorgeous white orchid flower that was really very smooth and soft, as the way we usually think of an orchid petal texture. 

WYSIWYG? So here is the story: you think you are getting something soft and smooth and beautiful.  As it happens, it ends up that it is not soft and smooth and beautiful.  It is rough and very much so. 

Sometimes life teaches you that the Peace & Love you though you got into when you were young and naive, becomes a Profit & Loss statement.  The dream and beauty you were looking for became a rough and tough texture that rubs you wrong.  

The sharp texture is a reality wake up call.  The initial design and the intended blueprint was one of beauty and potential that did not materialized. 

The layers and layers of paint are hiding the smooth beauty of a unique flower and now  became lawyers and lawyers of litigation . 

Still, in spite of all that, the brightness remains and the colors of your life take over.  Enjoy and  share it!  That’s the  real Love and that’s where you will find Peace.
